Had a fantastic experience here a few weeks ago. The lovely co-owner made me a hot chocolate which was absolutely delicious. They had run out of marshmallows and a member of the team actually popped to a local shop to buy some so I could have some in my hot chocolate. Literally the definition of going the extra mile for your customers. Wonderful experience - 5 stars!
