I cannot thank Lauren enough for how amazing she has been over the last 2 years. This was the 3rd shop I visited and I was amazed at how different the service was here. Lauren and her team are so welcoming, professional and friendly. We got married abroad and Lauren helped me to find the perfect dress for the venue and weather. I'm so grateful for her help and support throughout the whole process, from helping me to choose a dress to storing it for me during lockdown and packing it perfectly for the flight.
