I had a piercing done at a studio in Harrogate but I needed someone more local to take a look at how its healing. Makala quickly got back to me and very kindly found an appointment slot for me. She was warm, friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to check things over and offer advice. She also said that shes available if ever I have more questions about my piercings, which I thought was so kind of her, given that she didnt do the piercing initially. I left the studio feeling reassured and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Makala to anyone looking to getting a piercing or for those seeking advice. Im quite tempted to get another ear piercing and Rejuvenate will be my first choice!

So impressed with my experience having my piercing with Makala at Rejuvenate. The premises are spotless and covid rules are being strictly adhered to. Everything was explained to me in full about what to expect, choice of jewellery for the piercing I was having as well as full aftercare details. I was required to fill in a detailed, but necessary consent form which I found very professional. Makala was happy to answer any questions I had and really made me feel relaxed and at ease. All certificates to show that Makala has the correct qualifications as well as health and safety etc needed for piercing were on the wall which I was pleased by too. Would highly recommend Makala and Rejuvenate to anyone, top class service from a new piercer who puts customers at the forefront of her business. Amazing service and can't wait to return for more piercings. Thank you Makala. X
