Chris worked on our extension at the side and back of our house and did an excellent job!. He came to the house and measured up then suggested a few really nice options for the space including a stunning bifold door setup at the rear with a balcony overlooking the woods and river at the back of the house. He came round again with fully worked plans that were ready for submission to the planning department. The initial plans were knocked back by the council due to the elevation of the extension but Chis resubmitted the plans with changes the council wanted (all at no extra cost!). The council then came back within a couple of weeks and were happy with the changes! Very happy with the service and the support given by Chris throughout the process, so would heartily recommend using him!

I am really pleased with the service provided by Chris at CJA Architecture. I had my own plans in mind for a large extension on my house. Chris came round for an initial no obligation consultation and had some fantastic ideas which were far more extensive than I had thought possible and will prove much better value for money. The work is now about to start. Chris had the initial plans completed and returned to us within a couple of weeks, he was happy to come round to discuss changes and has made several at no extra cost. He has a really friendly and reassuring approach and clearly has a wealth of experience. Chris took care of all the planning application for us and has recommended a great structural engineer. We will be continuing to work with Chris throughout the build and will be using him to submit building control plans. I honestly couldn't recommended CJA Architecture highly enough. Will post photos when the work is complete!
