        Tim sent a colleague of his around to inspect a leak we'd found. He had a look, told us what he thought was wrong and made an appointment to return to do the work. He then returned and told us in fact something entirely different was needed to fix our problem and he would call and arrange a time to return with the things he needed. He did not call back. On our first call to him to ask what was going on, he promised a call back. On our second call (just now) he told us he was too busy and to find someone else. Entirely unprofessional in terms of broken promises and a level of service offered and I would advise you to steer well clear.
