Paradise Triathlon

My main sport is rowing but I generally like to just keep active and healthy. Simon has helped me on numerous occasions when I have needed guidance or reassurance in relation to nutrition or training in general. Simon looked at what i wanted to achieve and where I was and then tailored a programme that fitted in with my lifestyle. Simon has always been very helpful and more importantly realistic in the advice and guidance I have been given. Brilliant advice and very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommended.

Simon has been coaching me for 18 months. When he started I was a struggling novice 10k runner and beginner triathlete. His personalized training plans have produced PBs in every event, and I now have the confidence and fitness to enter half marathons and longer triathlons. Simon is highly professional, patient, positive and supportive. He always makes time to talk through my training plan, my goals and targets and any concerns or questions I might have. I'd thoroughly recommend Simon as a coach, no matter your ability or experience.

Great coaching from Simon. Ensures that I kept on track and wasn't afraid to pull me up when going off piste!!! Continually keeps an eye on things through Training Peaks and offers support and compliments as needed. Very knowledge in all aspects of coaching and sports physiology
