Norfolk's Nordics - Nordic Walking with Donna

I have really enjoyed learning to Nordic Walk with Donna. She has very gradually introduced the correct technique to my weekly walks and now in the advance fitness group we are getting some good mileage at a good pace and I can really feel the full body workout. Its great to get out in the fresh air and chat along the way! Id recommend anyone to give it a go!

After letting myself go for a while with regards to my fitness, I stumbled across Donna's Nordic walking via a FB competition that I won! I won a month of walking sessions and I haven't looked back since! Absolutely love going out walking with Donna and the group. Donna's enthusiasm is infectious and she is always teaching us the correct way to Nordic Walk. I have noticed such a difference in how I feel, look and my posture and I even go out on my own with poles with my head held high knowing I am doing something good for myself. 10/10 Donna!

Donna is ooozing enthusiasm and encouragement. My life has changed since finding Nordic Walking and meeting this group. Feeling so much fitter xx
