Steve has worked with our family from when my daughter first met and married her husband in Sri Lanka 8 years ago. Steve has been so helpful to my family, giving us information regarding a British Citizenship application and a Visa application. He was really quick and efficient answering phone calls and replying to emails. He was very patient when explaining things and happily answered my long lists of questions on many occasions. I was particularly grateful for his calmness when we were stressed!
