        We originally went to book in a general boiler inspection which was quick and easy to do using the online form. However, soon after, we noticed water stains appear on our ceiling and started to panic. I spoke to Tom about this and he was brilliant. We went over some likely culprits, he explained everything to me in ways I could understand, and he then came and checked it all out in no time. He found a few issues and had to order the parts to resolve. The parts came quickly and he was back with us the next day to finish the job. As well as being efficient and knowledgeable, Tom was funny, friendly, and very genuine. I cannot recommend TMS enough. Top quality.

        I have used TMS for many years now on several occasions & never had a problem with the service, always total professional and knowledgeable with the various jobs they've done for me . Tom is a lovely guy! very polite always on time and very reasonable prices too . I would highly recommend TMS for any heating repair/service requirements you have. Well deserved 5 star review.
