        Wouldnt even give a star. Been waiting and waiting for my appointment just to find out it was simply a telephone call I was given when I needed a real examination! As my hip is giving me severe pain in my hip joint, yet when the day came I never even got a phone call. No one answers at reception. Awful service.

        Disgusting service, made someone with serious mental health concerns wait 14 days for a PHONE CALL and didnt even call! No explanation given by reception. Family member now having to wait another 2 weeks for a phone call! Absolutely disgraceful, no concept of the seriousness of mental health AT ALL, or how much it takes to reach out in the first place to then be totally let down by professionals.
