This company is dishonest. Make sure you avoid them, they installed an air source system and when it stopped working they refused to come and look at it unless it was when they were in the area. They only wanted to do this on a specific day that was not my day off We requested potentially two specific days during the week and had one booked via Chris, we had to wait several weeks. On the morning of the appointment day they had booked it again for the wrong day. Chris denied booking for this day, even though he knew very well this was the only day I was available and had specifically requested it as it was my day off. Initially he refused to book even weeks or in several months time stating they could only do the one day that they were in the area. He had told me previously when I had requested to speak to the director that he was the director; today his receptionist said he was not? yet another lie. The company should not take on new installations that are outside their locality to avoid saying to customers that it is to far for them to travel out when it goes wrong. A very disappointing unprofessional service and dishonest firm.

Our 15 year old combi finally gave up the ghost and packed in. Withing 2 weeks they secured for us and installed a new boiler. As usual a professional job was done with the installation with the help of copious amounts of coffee. As one of our 'hot water less' weeks was a nasty cold snap -4 etc they actually offered us use of some portable heaters. I highly recommend this company. Service: Water heater installation

Knowledgeable. Had a new heating system installed and their whole team did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and were reasonably priced. They have been servicing my boiler for years and have kept it going even though its quite old now!
