Bought a car from Chris around May time last year. Nice bloke and I wont discredit him too much for the sake of it as some reviews do. He was very helpful and accommodating in delivering the car to me, making about a 3.5 hour drive. Bought the car. Needed something big and safe as we had a 3 week old baby. Red Range Rover evoque and when he dropped the car off and I went to get in the drivers seat, the motor on the seat wasnt working properly, after 5/6 tries, it worked and everything was good. (First red flag in hindsight) Car ran ok for a month or so, apart from when driving to Scotland the seat was fully not working which meant we couldnt switch drivers. This wasnt enough of a problem to contact Chris or get it fixed on my three month warranty. Although I wish Id have started going down that road sooner rather than later. 4 months after owning the car, problems became more frequent and more often. Failed its MOT in September (a month outside its warranty) and the car has been a nightmare ever since. Warning lights all over the dash, reduced power steering, radio reboots itself, coolant fan stuck on. Specialist garage has had 1600 so far to have my car in for diagnosis, hours of labour looking for the problem and taking my reversing camera out to see if he can find anything. Wants another 2500 in labour alone to take the car for a week to see if he can pinpoint the electrical fault. I have been advised the car had existing problems and had a major reset before it was sold to me. Im not saying Chris knew about this problem. Or had any knowledge about it. It just sickens me that Ive paid 17000 in cash for a car, and after 4 months its failed its MOT. Contacted Chris, he read my message and ignored me. I did not want to return the car, I was just seeing if he was willing to maybe chip in for some of the work, seeing as Id just paid 17000 cash for a car thats got major faults after 4 months. Just be aware to buy a car from here. Make sure you have plenty of warranty and raise any faults asap and dont leave them to progress like I did. Ive had the car 10 months and for 6/7 of them its been horrendous. Still no closer to fixing it.

Cannot fault Chris at Wood Motor Company and the service he provided at all. I purchased a car from him and he was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The after sales service was fantastic and when a couple of small issues came up with the car, Chris was responsive and made sure the car was 100%. Thanks Chris at Wood Motor Company!

Chris at Wood Motor Company Ltd is passionate about cars, there's no doubt and he's keen to share that passion with his customers. I had an excellent buying experience when Chris sold me a Mercedes A Class on behalf of my mum. I arrived at Woking station and Chris was nice enough to pick me up from the station and take me to his home where the vehicle was ready in pristine condition. Chris took me for a test drive around the lovely Surrey towns and it's there that I saw for myself that Chris really takes good care of the cars before he sells them. It had its servicing done, the tyres handled well and the engine purred. I went on my way with my new car and my mum and dad are in love with their new car! Thank you Chris!
