Steve is really helpful and straightforward. He's also very busy, being a one-man-show if you call and get no answer, don't give up as he's either already talking to someone or he's delivering/collecting/test riding a machine at that moment. Do consider dropping him a text (I did) and he got back to me as soon as he was free. Tech2 are not far from me - a couple of miles - and I found his service and approachability really good. For sure we'll use him again and recommend him to others. 4* and not 5 * simply because he is really busy, and would benefit from using a booking agent / personal assistant to take on the admin side of his business which would free some of his work time, and improve the customer experience. Was riding to a bike show when all of a sudden my rear wheel started sliding out and my engine cut out (3 hours before I had attempted my own oil change and didn't screw the cap in properly) broke down right outside tech 2 motorcycle repair shop, what are the chances, he was very accomodating and took the bike in for the night and is fixing it as we speak thankyou guys!
