I'd hugely recommend working with Kirsten - she's hugely committed, inspiring and has an innate talent for getting to the nub of an issue. I approached her for coaching to reflect on several years of career change, kids and make a plan for the next few years. She helped me work out my core professional values and skills, and also visualise the way of working in the future that would suit me best. She's also a really brilliant person!

Kirsten is such an insightful, supportive and intuitive coach. I feel inspired and so much lighter after our sessions and have gained incredible relief in learning how to be kinder to myself. I'd recommend Kirsten to anyone who feels stuck in some aspect of their life. She's certainly changed mine.

This is basically a thank you to Kirsten, She has taught me skills to deal with my day to day negative thought patterns and has stopped me going down my normal thought process in regards to my fears. I recommend this service to anyone.
