        Thank you Helen for creating such a peaceful space to practice yoga with you. I always leave feeling better than when I arrive. There's always such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The workshops are so timely and help provide an excellent opportunity to refocus and grow. Its the perfect place for "me" time and leaving the madness of life behind for over a blissful hour. These classes are much more than simply yoga moves. Mind, body and soul are enriched. I feel so blessed to be able to attend.
