I was having ongoing issue with the low pressure in my boiler, I had three people out but problem was still there. When Tom turned up, he not only sorted the pressure problem but also added few bits to the system that should have been put by installer, apparently without those my warranty would have been voided. This is what often happens when you want to save some money, both on installation and on repairs. Want to save yourself money? Just go for T.B! Tom clearly knows his game.

Boiler stopped working, rang T.B Plumbing & Heating, they gave advice over the phone on what to do as their engineers were all busy. Boiler now working, thank you so much for you help.

Another company let me down after a 2 week wait. I called, left a message and Tom called back very quickly. He actually arrived around 10 minutes later and had my 26 year old boiler running a few minutes later. Fast and professional service that is hard to come by these days. Would highly recommend.

We had an emergency problem on our Worcester Bosch combi boiler. T. B. Plumbing came to the rescue where others failed. Tom was understanding and knowledgeable. He went to great lengths to diagnose the problem and obtained the correct manufacturers parts. Can't praise his expertise enough. Will not hesitate to use his company with any future problem. 5 stars is not enough!
