After an initial chat about our situation with Louise, I instantly felt at ease, and knew she was the lady to help with our re mortgage. Louise was reassuring and calming throughout the full process, always keeping us up to speed with where the process was at. With a few hiccups in the road she explained everything, so we understood what we needed to know. Being able to contact Louise out of hours is a dream, when you panic about something on a Sunday morning, or need to complete a form but have no idea which sections need doing. Louise really took all of the hard work, and stress out of the process for us. Will definitely be recommending the team on to as many people as I can.

Louise helped us buy our first home, making everything as easy as possible for us. Our mortgage deal ran out in January 23, but Louise got in touch with us 6 months in advance because they wanted us to be able to get the best deal for our remortgage. The service provided is second to none, Louise sorted everything out for us and got us a far better interest rate than if we had waited until a couple of months before, like we were thinking was the right thing to do, because of her knowledge of the market. The most incredible part, is that this is all part of the service from when we bought the house 2 years ago, there was no charge for all this work done by her, I dont believe you can get a service as good as this anywhere else. Were very grateful for the money that weve saved and would highly recommend Hornsea Mortgage Brokers to anyone looking to buy a house or that might have to remortgage in the next couple of years.
