No communication. I had to ph several times from Australia and at last was given information. Not sure why they could not have informed me straight away. Attitude of receptionist shocking

Received quite for conveyancing really quickly - but all went down hill from there - no response from my request to instruct - rang all 4 offices and was put through to continuously ringing phone nobody answered - one guy I spoke to sounded like he'd just got out of bed - much confusion of who could deal with my request - was eventually told - I think you will receive a legal pack in the post soon - 2 weeks in and heard nothing - not a good experience
