        Poor attitude on take away staff, only informing us they had substituted part of the order once packed as they didnt have room in the fryer and not when ordering or paying, Chips under cooked, burger and chips with no bun, because they had run out , again not mentioned till ready to leave the shop! no carry bags, so large order had to be juggled home every thing was a minor issue, but a little customer service and explaining issues rather than just hoping we would leave before noticing would of gone a long way
