Travelling to Europe for 90 days with a caravan, so wanted a forward looking dashcam as a bit of security in the event of any incident. Managed to fit me in to suit my tight schedule and fitted it all whilst I waited. Had a bit of a panic as I drove away as there was a bit of a metallic knock. On investigation, turned out to be my dogs car harness against the back seat. I took him with me as there is loads of space to walk him whilst I wait and the staff love him. CBS are genuinely exceptional in what they do, from start to finish. Booking was extremely easy and required a deposit, which is normal. When I got there, I was greeted by Adil who was happy to talk me through the process and estimated time. I needed a lift back to the station so he kindly offered to take me himself and back again once it had finished. After the installation was complete, I spent the good part of 1.5 hours walking through their factory and speaking to the employees who were all happy to talk through their projects. Adil spent a good chunk of his time talking about his experiences which you would not see elsewhere. This place having near enough 5 stars is not coincidental, I would highly recommend coming here for anything you might need - I know I will be. Thanks again team! I had Thinkware Dash Cams fitted to both my vehicles. This was my first experience using CBS. I was very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and passion for a great customer experience, this is why I chose CBS even though I could have saved money using a national motoring company. Nothing was too much trouble and they made sure I was totally happy with the fitment.
