    There were issues with the ensuite shower not working which meant my elderly parents had to strip wash in the sink all week, and 8 of us had to share one shower. The toilet lid was also faulty and kept slipping off. A plumber came 2 days before we left and said the shower was broken and when I contacted the owner to ask for some recompense for all of the difficulties, the reply I received was that it was our fault for messing with the thermostat and the boiler which I assured her that we didn't touch. Not what you want to hear when your holiday has been so affected. There were no protectors on the pillows and the bunk bed mattresses need replacing as very uncomfortable but double beds were comfy. .
