A superb holiday home in an ideal spot on Wroxham, right on the river. The house is spacious and modern with everything you need ,including dishwasher and washing machine. Sleeps 6..... the upstairs double room has its own dressing room. Heated floor in the bathroom a great addition . Loved the upstairs lounge making the most of those views. Parking right next to the house. Lovely to have a garden right up to the river with picnic bench and table for 6. Quick 5 minute walk to Wroxham, so is well located for shops,cafs etc. A very early departure of 9am and a late arrival of 4pm means you do lose some time in the property.

Drakes Dyke is in a beautiful setting. The welcome gift of tea, coffee, milk was much appreciated. The property is looked after but needs a bit of maintenance. Door handles down stairs had dropped so didn't hold the doors closed. We paid 35 per dog extra to take our 2 dogs, just to find out from a poster in the kitchen they were only allowed in the downstairs hall. Not dog friendly at all this being the case. It should be made clear when booking they expect you to strip beds, empty all bins (rubbish a mile walk to deposit) ect before you leave. We booked for a 3 night stay. Unfortunately we were not allowed in before 5pm on the Wednesday and had to be out by 9am on the Saturday beds stripped and rubbish deposited, so only got 2 days at the property. We have stayed before at others and been allowed 12midday on both arrival and leaving. This aside it is a beautiful setting and worth finding out if you can hire their boat. To hire externally costs 64 for 2 hours. Games room is a nice touch.

Have been using this company for years without any major problems All properties well equipped and clean and tidy Would definitely recommend them.
