Have used a lot. But this apparently means nothing. Ordered at 18.00 and told food would be just over an hour. 1hour and twenty minutes late I phoned to be told would be another 1 to 1/2 hours. How can you afford to loose an 100 pound order? We cancelled and will never use you again. PEOPLE please be aware it dosnt pay to support your local business in this case. We supported them all through Covid to be treated like this!

After placing our order and being told it would be and hour and half wait (which we accepted for a bank holiday) we later got a phone call 1.30 hours later that it would be an extra hour. At this point we walked to collect the food to be told our compensation could be free prawn crackers! After spending 97 I'd thought this would be a given and so we declined and asked for money back (which was firstly declined for an extra dish- finally we got a refund of 8 which is still ridiculousfor how muxh we spent). We finally got our food 3 hours later which is just appalling. How about you DON'T take that many orders if you can't fullfil the given times! We will never be ordering from here again!

We were originally told 1.5 hours for delivery. After this time we rang and they told us another 1.5 hours on top of this. At this point we walked to collect it from them as they were supposed to close shortly and we did not have confidence we would receive the order despite having paid for it in advance as asked.
