        It achieves its purpose. What else to say? Small community; lots of martial arts clubs in there; small car park but simply because people don't pay attention in the way they park thus not maximising the parking space as it should; if people park outside the entry of the car, it will render entry and exit quite difficult: just go slowly. Cannot comment on the inside of property. Village is made of narrow streets so again please drive slowly.
