Ryan is a brilliant personal trainer. I'd highly recommend him to anyone. He has been a great help to my husband, helping him to get back his strength and movement after he has suffered 2 strokes.Twice weekly sessions for just over a month have already resulted in great improvement and an increase in self confidence and positive outlook for Johnny too. Thank you Ryan from both of us.

Ive been attending 1-1 training sessions with Ryan for 6 weeks now with very positive results. When I went for my initial assessment with Ryan, I explained that Id had numerous knee and shoulder operations with little to no physio afterwards and was suffering as a result. Over the past 6 weeks Ryan has tailored my training to alleviate the issues Ive had post-surgery which has been a great success. My balance, coordination and strength has shown considerable improvement, which has got me to a condition where I can now also attend group training sessions to further improve my fitness. Im very pleased with how the training has gone so far and am looking to continuing my training with Ryan to maintain and improve on the progress Ive made so far. Highly recommended.

I have been working with Ryan for a month now and have been surprised how much I have enjoyed it, as well as working in a small group. Starting from zero fitness at 49 yrs old, Ryan took the time to listen what I wanted to achieve and tailored the session to my needs. Would highly recommend.

Im been training with Vitality and Mind for over a year now. All of the training is specific to the individuals needs, following a one to one postural assessment with Ryan. He targets the weaker muscles to help you improve prior to taking part in the group classes. Everybody is super friendly and encouraging, and there are no egos on display! There are many days and times to choose from, and booking is easy via the app. They also have a great set of body scales that not only measure weight, but looks at water intake, body fat percentage, and more importantly, visceral fat that surrounds your vital organs! Have not regretted a single moment since joining!
