At the end of last year, I contacted Debbie about the gastric band hypnosis. On the very first call, she was able to recognise that my problem with weight management is an unhealthy relationship with food! I had a few mixed sessions, and there are no more unhealthy habits in my life. Also, from the person who didn't have time for any form of exercise, I became an active person who does exercise 4/5 times a week. She brings me faith that I can do this! Debbie is absolutely amazing. Having been a heavy smoker for 14 years I never believed I could or would give up. I went to see her 4 weeks ago and have not touched a cigarette since I walked out her door! Couldnt recommend enough the best decision I ever made
