We bought a high quality stable door from Timber Windows in 2015 and have had no problems with it until this year when it started sticking whilst trying to open it. We have had a tremendous amount of rain and I am sure that did not help. We called Timber windows and without any hesitation they said they would send someone out to fix the problem which they did very speedily even though we live in Windsor quite a way from their site in Horndean. The after sales care you get is what makes a great company and this company is right up there. Thank you

I dont usually like having builders! The two young men that fitted our wooden windows were polite, tidy, efficient, on time, and a delight to have in the house. The windows look terrific and I would recommend this company unreservedly.

A Few months ago we had a new porch fitted by Timber windows, now they specialise in Timber we know that by the name but we wanted UPVC and Timber windows came up trumps and gave us exactly what we wanted at a fantastic price and a very quick turn around. The guys arrived in the pouring rain and wind and had us all water tight with in just a few hours. The team were very attentive to detail plus clean and tidy. You often get an inflated price as a quote and then it gets dropped so that you feel you got a bargain, but you know the original price was false from the start. We didn't have to haggle with the price, it was the best we'd had right from the start, it wasn't the cheapest so don't think that, but it was the best value. Timber windows left us with a good all round feeling that we'd made the right choice. Thank you to the team at Horndean.
