        Looks like this place is being shut down. Mostly because of the owner, what an awful woman. She hasn't a clue with regards to empathy. You couldn't meet a more false a woman. Her phone mannerism is close to being just plain nasty when I've simply asked to speak to my Mother in the past (now deceased). And if you don't believe me, ask about the various ex members of staff who have quit because of the awful way they are spoken to and treated by this appalling women. Pompous woman with her head stuck way too far up her own backside.

        Very poor nursing care, insufficiently trained staff to nurse terminal residents. Failure of staff to follow instructions from outside professionals. Poor standards of cleaning. Very poorly managed by owner who misrepresents herself as a Doctor ( she is not a Doctor of medicine). Website is out of date. Currently under investigation by CQC. *AVOID*

        Unfortunately this Nursing Home is no longer trading. On Friday 4th September 2020 the home was put into administration and all staff made redundant.
