Lucy is an incredible cake artist! As an amateur baker, I am very aware of how difficult a client I was and how fussy I was over details over the years, Lucy went above and beyond to make this cake happen for us, drawing up so many designs for me and being so kind over the years with all of the delays we had. Her red velvet cake is incredible and we are going to have to have a miniature version each year as I need to have it in my life again! The cake was simply beautiful, flawless and took my breath away, absolutely stunning and just thank you so much for all of your hard work with it Lucy.

We cannot recommend Lucy more if you are wanting an incredible wedding cake that not only looks the part but tasted heavenly! Lucy was so helpful with our change of date and made sure every detail with the decor was exactly what we could have hoped for and more! She even asked for photos of our flowers (and flower wall) as she wanted the cake to match perfectly! Everyone commented on how wonderful the cake tasted and we genuinely enjoyed it for breakfast, lunch and dinner for days after our wedding! The most delicious cake ever we cannot wait for the next occasion to be able to book Lucy again! Thank you so much for everything you did. You have two extremely happy brides! L & C

Lucy made our wedding cake in July 2021. We postponed 4 times and Lucy was always so kind and helpful, which I'm so grateful for as we never wanted anyone else to make our cake! The cake itself was absolutely INSANE - we had friends inviting themselves over for days after so they could steal some! And it looked incredible, we had so many comments about it and I could not recommend Sparkle Bakes enough!!

Lucy made our daughters first birthday cake and it was everything we wanted and more! The decoration was perfection - exactly as I imagined - and it tasted delicious too. Thank you Lucy for your wonderful customer service and amazing baking skills!
