        I have known Helen for about 20 years! We trained together and when your own child does not listen to you, it was wonderful to know Helen's sports knowledge and experience would play into the psyche of a teenager! Thank you Helen for helping my son take responsibility for his own body.

        Recommended to Helen by a friend. From the initial treatment it has made such an improvement to how I have felt for the past year +. Being constantly told I was suffering from migraine to neuropathic myalgia, taking Ibuprofen almost daily, I haven't needed to take any Ibuprofen, I have more stamina and certainly feel better generally. Now three treatments in I would thoroughly recommend.
