Leanne is a SUPERSTAR!! An Amazing person and an incredible service! Ive had laser in the past elsewhere which has been unsuccessful!! Desperate .Smooth laser has finally given me the removal results I wanted, thanks to lovely Leanne and the high quality equipment/ machine she uses!! Absolute waste of time and money. I missed a single appointment due to miscommunication but I left a voicemail for Leanne at midday, the appointment was at 7pm so I had assumed all was forgiven as she had plenty of time to check her phone (only 6 hours) and I offered to pay regardless. Leanne proceeded to mess me around, she was ill for 2 weeks and didn't think to inform me after 3 emails as this is a time sensitive service. Once she was back to work I had to fight to get an appointment out of her and we agreed on 7:15pm on the 3rd of December. She decided to not turn up without warning and I was stood in -1c for 45 minutes before I left my details with a lovely nail technician inside as Leanne was nowhere to be seen, I was shivering violently and hasn't replied to my previous email. All of my results have vanished and I am 50 down now and have to start all over again elsewhere. I am beyond appaled and I would take my time and money back without hesitation if I could. Had there been an issue on my end she took no action to inform me either so I'm clueless as to why I've been blanked by a "professional" Services: Laser hair removal, Facial hair removal
