        My Grandchildren love this place. The staff seem very helpful and friendly. Food is good too at reasonable prices.

        Absolutely appalling service, three times I have now had to complaint to the manager and not once has there been a sincere apology. Disgusting attitude towards two autistic children, also asked to leave early before because they wanted to close early and turned away with at least 20 other customers who wanted to come in because they said it's not worth staying open due to lack of customers but when I asked the staff member she had already been turning away other customers. When I spoke to the manager I asked why she did not update her closing times online and the response was noone bothers to check it and she doesn't have to. SHOCKING SERVICE ! Left with a very upset little one and no apology with the way she shouted at another customer who asked why there service is so poor !
