Been using this restaurant for years and they have always delivered over the road ro me at work now won't deliver.... won't be recommending to guest at Premier Inn any more very disappointing

Had an impromptu meal for 2 at Paprika on a Saturday night. The food was very good and flavoursome. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the service was excellent. I'll give them 5* for the food and service but there were a few negatives points; it was quite chilly, the lighting could do with some upgrading to add some ambience and a little background music would be good too. Minor issues though and happy to recommend. Food eaten: Starter: Onion bhaji, paneer tikka (excellent) Main course: Vegetable dhansak, also gobi, chana bhaji, vegetable rice and plain naan. Dessert: None. Too full :-) Vegetarian options: A good range of vegetarian options. These have to be requested though so it would be good if each vegetarian dish was clearly indicated on the menu as something that has "vegetable" in the name doesn't always mean that it's veggie friendly.

Ordered food we live two minutes away and driver said he could not find us and had gone back to shop I explained where we were said he would be two mins. 15 mins later still not turned up.rung shop and they informed me that as they could not find driver or our house they were cancelling the order REALLY!! after waiting one and half hours. Very very poor customer service Do not use
