        Great service, we were well looked after. Good deal on food before 6pm. Large portions. Kids well catered for, 3 courses for 4.99 including drink.

        Every week after our Badminton matches we drop in for a drink - at least 8 sometimes up to 14 of us. We often have 2 rounds so over 80. This week we were not welcome to sit at a free, unused restaurant table as the staff say "we've been so busy we need to clear up, go and sit in the bar". It would have taken 2 mins to.wipe the table... This makes us feel that we need to find another pub which makes no sense. We are good customers who will now go elsewhere simply because we feel we are not appreciated at a time when pubs need all the help they can get! Such a shame.
