I wanted some nice race wheels for my first half Iron Man and the couple of places I called before Trionline had not really answered my questions. When I called Trionline Jez immediately put me at ease, especially as he had done the same half IM the two previous years. He was also very flexible allowing me to come to his house, well, actually, his very well equipped garage at 7:15 am, so I could still get into work on time. By 9am I had a Zipp 606 setup, a much cleaner bike and a lot of useful knowledge about the course, etc. Jez is a great mechanic, is very knowledgeable about the tri world , and has a very friendly, helpful manner. Overall an excellent experience.
