Paul installed a Parrot MKi9200 in my BMW 1 Series Convertible. Excellent Service. Paul was great at communicating both over the phone and via email. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional and had the kit fitted and working in now time. He then took the time to show me how to work a few bits. Highly recommend Paul and would definitely use him again.

What Happened When I Needed a Hands Free Car Kit Installed 2nd July emailed and spoke to 3 x Car Audio companies 7th July used a recommendation and arranged for an Auto Electrician to do the installation. 11th July Auto Electrician no show, back to the drawing board. 13th July emailed 3 x Garage Auto Electrician from a recommendation website. Got 1 x reply that said theyd get back to me no further contact, 1 x reply said No they couldnt do it and 1 x didnt respond A garage in Waterlooville recommended I call Paul at Mobile Car Solutions I was told this guy is good I sent an email and got a reply by the next working day. Paul arrived when he said he would, replied to my emails and text messages promptly, told me when there was a problem and what he would do to overcome it (a supplier sent the wrong cable but he did as much as he could and then came and finished off a few days later). He was courteous, professional and Im more than happy with the standard of his work. I once read about a study that said a satisfied customer will tell 2-3 people about their experience whereas a dissatisfied customer will tell about 10. If youre reading this, I hope to make you one of my ten.
