I arrive on Sunday closing time, and the fitter could not have done any more to help. He showed me lots of doors and explained the fittings in detail so I had a good understanding of how they operated. It was service with a smile and he went beyond excellent service, simple superb. Well done.

Needing to replace all my doors and windows I contacted Turners in November 2021. After discussing my requirements with two other suppliers I decided on using Turners as they gave good advice and were competitively priced. I had to wait a number of months prior to the installation but I knew this as I was advised at quotation. The fitting was carried out by a very able and competent team who also managed to fulfil my specific requirement of minimal making good internally. The windows and doors when fitted showed an immediate improvement in sound and heat loss and were fitted level and with care (unlike the doors and windows removed). The process from start to finish has been handled with friendliness, professionalism and care. The team from the office and the fitters were all not only very capable but also great people. Reading some of the other posts we can of course only speak of our own experience but mine was excellent. Would I recommend them?
