The (bitter) old woman on the counter, thinks she's judge and jury and outright refused to help my partner with simple pain relief and actively advised she go elsewhere to find the medication she needed. Elsewhere, like a pharmacy isn't the place to get medicine. Why does Horncastle CoOp Pharmacy even continue to employ someone who proactively turns away business? She may be old enough to have (poorly) run a literal apothecary, but she knows nothing in the way of empathy, customer service or basic human decency. Get someone else in who actually cares and can actually do the job.

The old woman on the tills is arrogant and rude with a serious attitude problem. I went in asking for a specific product, which contained paracetamol/codine for migraines and dysmenorrhoea that a pervious pharmacy had given me that helped last month. I understand that it wasn't in stock, but to try and persuade me to get something entirely different (which I'm allergic to) and then rudely reject any other request I had with no regard to my level of pain. She isn't a pharmacist, she is a till operator that needs to be put in her place.

The elderly lady here has a terrible attitude problem, honestly. I had to buy cocodamol after a tooth extraction and she interrogated me like I was a criminal. Someone needs to explain to her that these are a LEGAL product, not illegal, and she is not the gatekeeper of items in her shop. Paying customers shouldnt be looked down upon. I feel for her coworkers and shant be returning as a customer.

I'm a disabled woman in her 40s and I have physical and mental disabilities as well as multiple health issues. Twice now in 3 months my friend James dad has been in to get my meds when I have been physically unable to get to town myself. Twice now he's been treated with complete disregard by the old woman who demands every detail about me. James dad doesn't know me personally but will help his son James who works 12-16hr days hence why James can't get it himself. I don't have many friends and very few are able to help me get my prescription. All that James dad needs to know is my name, address and date of birth nothing else. So why be a difficult person towards another person who is doing something positive and kind for someone else? I've now lost another person who was kind enough to help me because of the attitude from a member of staff. There's no point me paying for delivery if I'm having these problems with my meds now not being ready for collection Altogether because it takes a extra 2-4 days for chemist to get orders sometimes for people and that is on top of the Dr waiting time of Up to 4 days before the repeat prescription are signed off and sent remotely to the chemist. Some people can't wait a extra week because they will have run out of the meds that they need to survive!!
