        Melissa is a first class personal trainer. If you have low confidence, need to lose some weight (for a wedding dress), or just need to get fitter, then I can wholeheartedly recommend Melissa. She has a proven track record of clients getting fitter and losing fat (with photos as evidence). She practices what she preaches, unlike personal trainers in large commercial gyms. What sets her apart from the rest is that she has empathy with her clients and that is a skill that can not be taught. So, if you need a personal trainer in Horncastle, then please ring Melissa Cook.

        High recommend! I am constantly up and down with my weight and find it extremely hard to diet! Mel has helped me massively by writing me a personalised training plan and food diary, to help me tone for summer! Still some way to go but with mels help I will be physically and mentally prepared Thank-you
