Very helpfull when my long time optition in Lincoln messed up! They helped me resolve my problem with the out of house prescription which was wrong, retested me and supplied me with a correct prescription and provided a new set of glasses in no time at all These people are now my chosen providers

Nothing is too much trouble, would highly recommend to anyone. Friendly staff that always make you feel welcome. Massive help with our daughters glasses!!!

I contacted this Company today as I felt as if I had something in my eye. This was causing me some discomfort and I was concerned if I kept rubbing it I may cause some damage. I explained it felt like I had an eyelash in my eye but I could not see anything and I had had the irritation since the night before. My eye was starting to redden from my rubbing it. The Optician was available but the receptionist would not allow me to have an appointment to have my eye checked as they would only accept appointments for full eye tests. I explained I had recently had an eye test what I required was an optician to look at my eye as I was concerned if I kept rubbing it I may cause some damage. Again I was told that this was not possible and the receptionist said they did not do quick appointments and quoted something about insurance. Not at all helpful and terrible customer service. I telephoned Horncastle Opticians 6a High Street Horncastle who then fitted me in to see the optician immediately between his appointments. They could not have been more helpful.
