In the past 6 years Newton Fallowell have sold 3 properties for me, the last was August 2022. Despite having four estate agents in Horncastle there are only two I could trust, Newton Fallowell and Bells, as for the other two one grossly overprices, I would still be on the market, as for the other one, *they undervalued my property by 20,000, I would have sold but been well out of pocket (*a friend lost much more than this) So folks choose your estate agent carefully, I you want a good honest service you'll not get a better one than Newton Fallowell . Zoe was absolutely brilliant, she kept me up to speed and every thing went smoothly. Matt gives a true realistic value, advice and tells it as it is, I've used him three times and had excellent results. Once again thank you, Vic & Lynn.

Just bought our new house with the Horncastle office. Wonderful service from start to finish. Zoe was absolutely brilliant. She went over and above to make sure the transaction got to completion. Without her I think we'd still be waiting.
