        The Horncastle site has recently layed off multiple staff members and the senior management teams have created falsified reasons to get through this process quickly. Multiple team leaders and shift managers are unprofessional, with childlike communication and ways of thinking contribute to a negative working environment through the manipulation of vulnerable employees and negative behaviours. The attitude and mentality of the senior management team needs to change, it surprises me that ACAS or a union representative have not been on site to look into this behavior yet. Definitely would not recommend.
