        We all know that there is a shortage of gas cannisters currently (Aug 2021), but to refuse to sell one that they have in stock, to a new customer is shortsighted. How are you supposed to buy gas if they will not sell you the container. Update: Ridiculous end to situation is that once home I ordered a cylinder from their website and it was delivered by a large lorry directly to my home (maybe from a different depot)

        After answering several automated question eventually got through to somebody however his customer service manner left much to be desired so hung up. won't bother with Horncastle FloGas again.
