Hopeless. Went to the shop over three months ago and asked for a visit. After seven weeks went back. My details had been lost but we would go "to the top of the list." Still nothing. Must be good to have so much work that customers do not matter.

Visited the store, chose fireplace and was told someone would call us to arrange a time to visit to provide a quote. Never received a follow up call or visit to get quote.

What a fantastic company to deal with. About 6 months ago we started looking for a wood-burner stove and liner. We asked many friends for recommendations and so forth I also contacted New Forest Fires as they had a stove we saw online and were thinking about. After contacting them, they provided lots of information and advice but never tried to upsell us. They were honest with what they thought about different stoves and what would suit us best. They provided prices upfront and they were better than the others. They always had time for our questions. They then sent a fellow out to check our house and made sure we were purchasing the right stove and again did not try to upsell us, just gave us frank and honest answers. We decided to go with them. The installers came out at an arranged date and did a very professional job, were polite and cleaned everything so you wouldnt have even known they installed the liner/stove and cleaned two fireplaces. They were honest, the prices were excellent, the service was excellent, and the installation was excellent. They were also Bang on with the stove they recommended. We would absolutely use them again and have already recommended them to others. Life would be easier is all companies acted like this one!
