        Went today with my friend on the bread making course! Fabulous day! 5 different type of bread made, all delicious! Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Carol is a fabulus host and Alan is a very good teacher! Really really enjoyed it! Can't wait to go back for more courses! 100% recommend! Brilliant day!

        This is a great find. A couple running bread baking courses. We had Alan all to ourselves and baked several different types of bread. I am inspired to carry on cooking bread as Alan has given me confidence to do so. A charming couple, very relaxed in approach and run a B&B to boot so if coming from a distance can make a trip of it!! We shall return.

        An absolutely wonderful morning of bread making with the fabulous Alan & Carol. 4 different types of bread mastered plus a home made sour dough pizza. Such a great experience for my daughter's 14th birthday. Can't recommend this highly enough
