        After agreeing to a late check in we were warmly welcomed by Andrew who showed us to our room. The room was spacious with a very comfortable king sized bed and had a separate seating area which was brilliant. There was a fridge, fresh milk and teas and coffees. Morning breakfast prepared by Patricia was fantastic topped off with her delicious home made bread. We felt very comfortable and looked after by these two great hosts and we will return again.

        We arrived to check in and no one was there, we rang the doorbell a few times, nothing. We knocked a few times, still nothing. We tried calling the telephone number but it wouldn't connect. We waited 20 minutes and when no one appeared we had no choice but to give up and go home. I emailed, no reply. The house looked like it had suffered from damage recently and the outside areas were run down and unkempt. This was booked for our 1st wedding anniversary and it was ruined. Avoid!
