Jackson Leisure Satellites

My experience to date is fine but I have only had partial work done awaiting the results when job is completed staff competed and very helpful,will finish review middle of next month.

Took our Hymer in for the HPC Levelling kit fitting. Brilliant product, fantastic service. Nothing was too much trouble even when Sam had to dash to Sheffield to pick up the kit when there was an issue with the delivery. They even sorted out the 50amp starter battery fuse we managed to blow the previous week free of charge. Thank you and hopefully see you next year for the air suspension kit.

On Saturday last, we arrived for our 9.am appointment where we were instantly made very welcome by Sam, Robert and the Team for the supply and fitting of both Satellite Dish and Air Conditioning Units. As Sam had previously explained, the intallations would take approx 8 hours.Having manoevered the caravan into the workshop we left the Fendt Diamond 700 in their capable hands and imposed our presence on relatives who lived close by. At around 5.30pm all was complete including detailed explanations from Robert on how to operate the dish and air con. At this point, I should emphasise how it is so extremely rare to encounter a team of technicians who are happy to give up their "Leisure Time" to accomodate our wishes and still remain smiling at the end of the day. Needless to say, the quality of the installations were faultless and we have no hesitation in conveying to Sam Robert and the Team our sincere thanks for a job well done Chris & Ruby

The OEM TV on my Knaus had seen better days and I purchased a replacement Avtex thinking it would work on my previous system. It didn't!Jackson's came up with the solution and today replaced the on-board control unit and I can now use both the lounge and rear TVs from the satellite. The dish stays up instead of retracting and as an added bonus BBC 2 in the front whilst watching BBC 1 in the rear. Result! Great communication from Tim whilst I enjoyed a coffee and book in the very good "The Coffee Stop" just around the corner. Delighted with the solution, service and workmanship.

A really excellent company to deal with. Had a small problem with my Jacksons satellite system which despite being unable to rectify via phone conversations had to attend their premises in Wakefield. Bearing in mind the system is now 4years old the fault was rectified and checked over and a new dish fitted just because the old one looked a little tatty. All at NO cost as under a 5 year warranty!!!!. Can't reccomend this company highly enough. If you're looking for a sat system for your m/home this is the place to go.
