        I go to Horbury library because my Ossett library is closed until later on this year. I love reading and I find my librarians are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. Always approachable and very knowledgeable. Well done girlsxx

        I work remotely on my own and was checking a few jobs for the company I work for in horbury and ossett , I needed the toilet really bad so called into this public library to be confronted by the rudist lady ever , point blanked refused me to use their toilet and asked me to leave , I have never been as humiliated in all my life over a bodily function we all have , terrible reflection on wakefield council and god forbid this lady ever gets caught short , I hope she soils herself , please note I have only given 1 star because I cant give none.....
