        I've been with the company over 20 years. Thurston's are a great employer and provide me with a challenge every day. Good team to work for and benefits you would expect from a big employer like Thurston's.

        It is hands down the most horrible place I have worked at, the kinda place that doesn't comply with health and safety (including covid h&s) and then scrutinise people for being ill when chances are it's because of the workplace. The management are bullies who make up lies to cover their own back so they get better bonuses whilst leaving the workers with nothing. Office staff get special treatment compared to warehouse staff, and half of them are unable to do their job correctly.
