Myself and my wife had the pleasure of being assisted by Amy Esberger in our current tenancy. The process was smooth and Amy was always available when we had queries. We cannot thank Amy enough especially after our turbulent year and we are now both settled ready in our new home waiting for our new addition to the family to arrive. Would also add that when things at the property needed to be repaired Richard Kendell dealt with the issues quickly.

Richard Kendall's made the difficult process of selling my late parents house as painless as possible. If anyone is going through the same ordeal, I can certainly vouch for Richard Kendall's Ossett branch. They will guide you through the whole process with complete care and understanding. From the very beginning with the valuer David S right the way through to the completion process with Mandy B we were treated with care and compassion. We found them to be friendly, professional, understanding and their communication was excellent throughout. They just get it. Thank you Mandy for your excellent service.
